I’m always keen to ensure we get as balanced a diet as possible, and although whilst babies are still getting the majority of their nutrition from milk feeds in these first few weeks, eating with the rest of the family ensures they’re experiencing a balanced and varied diet from the get go. We do seem to naturally eat quite a lot of vegetarian meals.
